Why teams switch

The old way is five logins
and a spreadsheet.

Direct contracts are where the margin is. The work after the signature is what slows everyone down.

Without Zentrum Extranet

Every hotel. Every channel. By hand.

  • ✕Log into each OTA extranet to change a single rate
  • ✕Rates live in a spreadsheet and go stale by Friday
  • ✕Mapping done by hand. Duplicates slip through
  • ✕A push fails and you find out from a missing booking
  • ✕One person knows how it all fits together
With Zentrum Extranet

Load once. Sell everywhere. See everything.

  • ✓One platform for every hotel and every channel
  • ✓Rates, rules, and packages set once and synced in real time
  • ✓Mapping flagged and fixed in place. Built-in dedupe
  • ✓Every push visible. Failures retried. Alerts to the right person
  • ✓Roles for each team. Audit log on every change

Every rate and availability change becomes a job. The monitor shows each one with its channel, its type, and whether it landed. Stuck and failed jobs surface with the reason so you fix the cause instead of guessing.

Each channel gets its own credentials and settings. You map your room types and rate plans to what that channel expects. Once the mapping is right the channel stays in sync without anyone logging in again.

Users, access, and audit

The right people see the right things. Every change leaves a trace.

Roles decide who can manage hotels, edit rates, connect channels, or publish live. If someone cannot see Distribution channels it is because their role does not include it. The audit log records who changed what and when.

  • Client admin, property manager, internal ops, support
  • Permissions follow the client and inventory channel

Analytics and mapping

Know what sells. Never list the same hotel twice.

Analytics shows bookings by channel and by hotel so you see where the demand is. Hotel mapping is built in so the same property from different sources becomes one clean listing. No separate mapping subscription.

Less work than doing it by hand.

Time to value Slow Medium Weeks
Who uses it

Built for businesses that own their supply

A DMC with 200 contracted hotels across Iberia

Rates changed in a spreadsheet and were re-typed into four extranets every week. Two people spent most of their time on it.

  • Bulk-onboarded the portfolio as hotel groups by region
  • Rates and allotments set once with weekend rules
  • Four channels mapped and published Live in week three
What changed
1 platform instead of 4 logins

Weekly rate work went from days to minutes. Mapping gaps show up before a booking goes missing.

A bedbank adding direct contracts to its supply

Direct contracts had better margin than aggregated supply but needed a place to live and a way to reach buyers.

  • Direct hotels loaded next to aggregated inventory
  • Distributed to buyer network through partner APIs
  • Invoices and reconciliation per client
What changed
Own supply, same pipes

Contracted hotels flow through the same channels as sourced inventory. One clean listing per hotel.

A hotel group with 12 properties and no distribution team

Each property managed its own OTA logins. Rates drifted. Nobody could see the whole picture.

  • Each property as its own hotel under one client
  • Property managers edit rates. Head office publishes
  • Dashboard across the whole group
What changed
One view of 12 hotels

Head office sees every rate and every push. Property teams keep control of their own calendars.

An OTA that signed its first 40 direct hotels

Aggregated supply came through Zentrum Connect. Direct contracts had nowhere to go.

  • Direct hotels loaded in Zentrum Extranet
  • Published to the OTA's own Zentrum Engine storefront
  • Sold alongside 100+ supplier inventory with no duplicates
What changed
Direct + aggregated, one storefront

Higher margin on direct rooms. Same search, same checkout, same mapping.

Scenarios are illustrative composites of how the platform is used.

Your first 30 days

From kickoff to live inventory in about a month.

Most of the time goes into loading hotels and mapping channels. We onboard the client and stay on the sync monitor with you.

1
Week 1

Onboard and load

Client and inventory channels created. Hotels in via bulk upload. Static content built.

2
Week 2

Price and connect

Rates, availability, rules, and packages. Channels connected and mapped.

3
Week 3

Test and publish

Rate tests pass. Draft to Live. First pushes land in the sync monitor.

4
Week 4

Expand and tune

More channels. Rules refined. Reports flowing. Ops hands day-to-day to client admins.

Built for two teams

Client admins run the supply.
Ops keeps it running.

The product is split the same way your organization is. Each side gets its own guide and its own view.

Client admins and property managers

The people who own the hotels day to day
  • Add hotels and build content without asking ops
  • Set rates, availability, restrictions, and packages
  • See their own bookings and invoices
  • Publish to channels their role allows

Internal ops and support

The team behind every client
  • Onboard new clients and inventory channels
  • Connect channels and fix mapping gaps
  • Watch the sync monitor across every client
  • Manage roles, alerts, and the audit trail
Where it fits

One of four. Built to work together.

Questions, answered

A platform for the hotels you contract yourself. You load the property, set rates and availability, build packages, connect each channel once, and publish. Every change syncs in real time and the sync monitor shows what landed.
It covers what a channel manager does and goes further. You also get onboarding, content, packages, mapping, bookings, invoices, and role-based access. It runs many clients and many hotels from one account.
No. Zentrum Extranet works on its own. Many clients use both so their contracted hotels sit next to the inventory they source from 100+ suppliers through Connect.
External channels such as Booking.com, Expedia, and Airbnb, plus GDS, your own booking engine, and partner APIs. Each channel gets its own credentials and its own room type and rate plan mapping.
Almost always a mapping gap. If a room type or rate plan is not mapped the channel has nothing to receive. The mapping panel flags unmapped rows and the sync monitor shows stuck jobs so you fix both in minutes.
The job shows as stuck or failed in the sync monitor with the reason. You fix the cause and retry. Alerts and notifications tell the right person when something needs them.
Yes. Draft and Live states, enable and disable, reports, and notifications are all available through the API as well as the UI.
Role-based access. Client admins and property managers run their own inventory. Internal ops onboard clients and troubleshoot pushes. Every change is written to the audit log.
Yes. Hotel mapping is built in. The same hotel never shows up twice across your suppliers and channels and you do not need a separate mapping subscription.
Weeks, not quarters. Most of the work is loading hotels and mapping channels. Bulk onboarding and rate tests mean you move from signed contract to live inventory quickly.
