Your booking data, turned into answers.
Which supplier is failing you. Why you lost that booking. Whether this rate is good for your client. Zentrum IQ answers from your real data, in plain language, where you already work.
Live from the marketplace. Supplier names are anonymised.
Award-Winning Travel Technology Platform
Zentrum IQ is one product with two views and one assistant. You only use the part that fits you.
See every supplier you book through and how often each one wins. Find the ones failing you. Spot where the best price never reached your guest.
Where you win and lose by market. Which bookings you nearly won. Which rooms never compete. What failed and why. In plain language every week.
Type the question. "Which of my suppliers is failing?" "Is this rate good?" Ask IQ computes the answer from live data and shows you the numbers behind it.
These come from our own marketplace at peak hour. Not a forecast.
Every search asks a dozen suppliers and waits 4 to 9 seconds for the slowest one. The best price had usually arrived a fifth of the way through that wait.
For the identical room on identical terms, the cheapest supplier is about 3% below the next one and 8% below the dearest. One booking in eleven goes to a dearer supplier anyway.
At one buyer's busiest hour, 13 of the 22 suppliers asked on most searches had the best price less than 1 time in 20. One was asked on 97% of searches and won 4%.
ZentrumHub sits between 100+ suppliers and the businesses that buy from them. That position is the whole product.
What was asked. What every supplier answered. What was booked. What happened after.
Every supplier against its own baseline. Every rate against the hotel's own history. Every room against the identical room elsewhere.
In the portal. In Slack or email. In chat. Or as data for your own systems.
You book through 20, 40, 60 suppliers. Three of them deliver most of your bookings. The rest cost you time, money, and failed searches. Here is how you see it.
Bookings and spend per supplier, and the number that matters: how often each one wins when a rival also quoted. A supplier with many bookings and a 3% contested win rate is winning on volume you gave it, not on price.
| Supplier | Bookings | Spend | Wins when contested |
|---|---|---|---|
| Supplier A · 1,338 hotels | 2,134 | €631K | 25.1% 8,493 contested |
| Supplier B · 914 hotels | 1,253 | €237K | 16.3% 7,533 contested |
| Supplier C · 635 hotels | 799 | €186K | 9.9% 7,981 contested |
| Supplier D · 142 hotels | 183 | €81K | 3.4% 5,448 contested |
Failure rate on your own requests, broken down by stage. Search failures cost you coverage. Price and book failures cost you the booking. Both are listed, worst first, with the calls behind them.
| Supplier | Stage | Failed | Calls |
|---|---|---|---|
| Supplier F | Room list (direct) | 90.1% | 680,777 |
| Supplier F | Searching | 78.9% | 2,171,652 |
| Supplier G | Searching | 64.0% | 130,200,252 |
| Supplier H | Room list | 47.3% | 28,176 |
| Supplier A | Searching | 0.3% | 60,771,386 |
Across every hotel, how often is this supplier your cheapest? If the answer is never, you can drop it from availability there with no change to what a guest pays. Slow ones first.
| Supplier | Never your cheapest | Slow tail | Droppable |
|---|---|---|---|
| Supplier J | 7,000,216 of 7,060,265 | 4.4s | 99% |
| Supplier K | 2,081,265 of 2,116,956 | 10s | 98% |
| Supplier L | 12,600,496 of 13,085,116 | 9.9s | 96% |
| Supplier M | 13,628,284 of 17,334,684 | 10s | 79% |

Your own position, in plain language, every week. Where you win and lose by market. Which bookings you nearly won. Which rooms never compete. What failed and why.
Every week you get a grade from A to F over four things that decide whether you win: reliability, competitiveness, speed, and content. You see your own score beside the anonymised market median. Never a named rival.
| Supplier | Grade | Score | Reliability | Competitiveness | Speed | Content |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| You | B | 71.6 | 81 | 72 | 45 | 35 |
| Market median | C | 58.1 | 63 | 55 | 71 | 50 |
These are the ones that hurt. You were within 2% of the cheapest rate and lost anyway. IQ Pulse shows how many, what they were worth, the median gap, and the properties where it keeps happening. A small price move wins them back.
| Property | Times lost | Your rate | Winning rate | Gap |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Harbour Hotel, Manila | 722 | €99 | €89 | +6.8% |
| Riverside Tower, London | 624 | €660 | €616 | +5.8% |
| Grand Casino Resort, Las Vegas | 606 | €512 | €465 | +7.8% |
| Bay Suites, Phuket | 504 | €1,189 | €1,049 | +5.0% |
Availability and room calls are search traffic. Price, Book, and Cancel are transactional. A failure there costs a booking, not a retry. IQ Pulse separates them, shows the funnel from search to book, and tells you whether a spike is noise on low volume or an incident on high volume.
A fixed threshold fires on Monday traffic and misses a quiet Sunday collapse. IQ Pulse measures every supplier and client against the same weekday over the previous eight weeks. When something is out of character you hear about it in Slack or email, with the calls behind it.
Ask IQ is the same intelligence in a conversation. For a booking agent it shows the verdict on any hotel and price before they ask. For a business owner it answers questions about their own data. Every number is computed. None are written by a model.
6 of these 24 stays score 9 or better with guests and cost under €183 a night. 3 of them are inside Orion's policy cap.
At every step of a booking the card gives one plain-language line. Tap for the two to four numbers behind it. If a better option exists it says so. If nothing beats your pick it confirms that with evidence. If the data is thin it stays quiet. It never fabricates a claim.
| Stage | What the agent sees |
|---|---|
| Search | "3 of these 8 options are policy-compliant and priced in the bottom third for this route." |
| Property | "This property is 8% below its 90-day average rate. A strong number to quote your client." |
| Room | "The twin option is €25 more but avoids the single-occupancy surcharge. Often the better quote for two travellers." |
| Checkout | "Fully policy-compliant and ready to confirm. A negotiated rate code is available and not yet applied." |
The numbers come from the marketplace. The outcomes are what customers use them for.
Ask five suppliers instead of sixteen and keep the best price. About twice as fast at peak hour.
The gap between the cheapest and the next supplier for the identical room. Visible, and bookable.
Suppliers see every booking lost within 2% of the winner and the median gap. A small move wins it.
Out-of-character alerts reach your team in Slack before the complaint reaches your inbox.
A closer look at the dashboards, booking flow, and admin tools your team works in every day.
Built into the ZentrumHub portal and API you already use. No implementation project. Priced so a ten-person seller or a regional wholesaler can sign.
ZentrumHub holds no inventory of its own and does not win when one supplier wins. That is what lets IQ answer both sides honestly.
Suppliers see their own numbers against an anonymised market median. Never a named competitor.
From real searches, rates, and bookings. If the data is thin, IQ says nothing rather than guess.
Booking agents see the verdict and the price. Supplier identity stays inside the marketplace.
Guest data never reaches a model. Benchmarks need a minimum crowd and use historical data.
